The people you work with are amazing

CEO often enacts erratic, poor business decisions, and changes his mind often. You’ll have to pull teeth to get market rate pay Constant changes to executive leadership, mission values/statements/etc. Business concept is not sustainable — actually adds to the cost of healthcare Lots of management with not a lot of individual contributors LOTS of constant layoffs, leading to poor morale
