Unfair treatment, bullying, and favouritism is rampant. It’s a hostile place to work. I’ve seen awful treatment of kind people who eventually put in their notice. The work itself it’s fine, the management are the issue within quality department. If you are muslim you may not be employed as Ramadan could leave you “too tired to work”. If you rub a manager the wrong way you will be in the bad books and in that case I wish you luck in your performance review..!
