Very low salary for a very heavy work load. Not everything is written and declared on the contract when it comes to money and bonus. Everything is based on word of mouth so there are many empty promises. Management is very money minded and does not share profit with the team even when workers work so hard for the company. Neglected and thrown one side after being used.
