      The company gives freebies though we're not children to easily be pleased like that

      What the company needs to fix is the terrible work culture that has been established in this company. Whoever made it that way should be eliminated from this office if he isn't yet. The employees are working in fear which shouldn't be the way people are handled

      Because of the pandemic situation things had to happen, and everything will go back to the way it was when things becomes normal again

      The fact we got added more work with the enormous amount of work we already had beforehand, we should be getting a pay increase. But instead of that, we got some of our benefits cancelled, and even metioned we should thankful we didn't get a decrease in pay.

      Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We would like to clarify that no benefits have been cancelled. We have worked hard to introduce new benefits into the business over the last 12 months, for example; enhanced family leave, improved pension and car salary sacrifice. We have also increased Team Member pay, where appropriate, across the Group.
