Where to begin? I'm sure OBM was very successful in the 80's and 90's, but that was 30+ years ago. Everyone walks around on egg shells. Quick to fire people. Rates are not competitive with leading competitors so in any bid situation you will lose. Tons and tons of cold calling, phone blocks, and micro-management. Average tenure for new employees is less than 6 months...it's more of a veteran's club.
