Covid 19 is brutal on the economy

Supportive environment. Interesting tech. Flexible work arrangement during covid.

Bug database is terrible for QA. No integration with the platform under test. Designed as a work item tracker, not a defect tracker. Burdensome and complicated processes hide critical information from QA and load QA with work that has nothing directly to do with improving quality. Incredibly short release cycles add a ton of overhead. You will work twice as hard to get half as much done when it comes to actually testing the software.
