There is a history I saw that whoever has gone through OMFYS has settled in one of the best companies, so learn as much as you can.

There happens to be too many internal projects. Even though the ideas aren't that bad, they get shelved for one reason or another; developers have discussed with me how dejected they feel but don't know how everything gets shut down; maybe due to unfair promotions of FEW people.
