[2] We respect every employee of ours and believe in team spirit regardless of their seniority & educational background. [3] 25+ clients and 30+ employees have trusted our founder, CEO and Chief Scientist since June 2016. Therefore, he continues to personally care for each of these relations. He mentors projects undertaken by ORMAE directly and with help of senior scientists. [4] Being startup serving global clients in different time zones, we do get client calls sometimes off hours from 8:30 am to 10 pm. Our employees work from 10 am to 6:30 pm regularly along with handling client call which can happen off hours. We send online message to employees if call is before 8:30 am or after 10 pm.
