Lack of (actual) training (partly a result of the below, no time for it when the owner is staffing stores themselves).
Short-staffed, VERY high turnover, don't expect to hold this job for long.
Standing 10.5 hours a day (contractually obligated to staff their stores open to close - full shifts or half shifts available, understand your time requirements)
Who REALLY wants Satellite TV service? It's western Washington, home of Microsoft, no one wants Satellite service.
Some warehouse employees are nuts.
The Wireless guys will make fun of you a lot, since they're making more and doing less, many people end up leaving to work there.
No medical benefits.
Lack of team work (you spend an hour a day 3 days a week meeting in the Bothell office with your 'team' before going to the warehouse, otherwise you occupy the store alone. No, talking on the phone does not equate to teamwork)
Some of the people you will work with are users, as the business type attracts; so it goes.
