      -Young colleagues -Great managers -Learning opportunities

      -Everything revolves around what the board wants, and the board is a family (dad, son, daughter). They don’t necessarily have realistic expectations and they don’t really care about what employees need. -Interns are exploited. They work full time as full consultants, but they are paid as interns (around 800 euro). -Promotions do not reflect performance and merit, they happen automatically for everyone. There is no way to “jump” before the others, you have to go through the process and meanwhile accept a low salary.

      Lack of processes and accountability for results. Feedback is not commonly given, and no one speaks to you directly about expectations. Even the simplest task takes a lot of time and faces resistance due to the fragmentation of teams

      Very good environment: young, friendly, dynamic. Very good possibility of growing for committed employees. Periodic checks on employees' satisfaction to gather ideas for internal improvement. Diverse tasks and high-level knowledge gained in a relatively short time. Very good benefits basket.

      The job is demanding and requires hard work and commitment to learn and work on diverse topics. It may take some time for newcomers to understand the added value of gaining so much knowledge.
