For sure I am biased - I wouldn't have taken this role if I wasn't. My favorite part about Object Edge is the passion by which our employees and associates try to improve our firm. It is a difficult thing to get employees to engage, and ours do so often and with consistency. Their continuous feedback on the type of environment we can provide to help them be better vessels of value to our target market has led to extraordinary results. Thank you for your feedback and I completely agree. Doing a better job in training will lead to better customer success and satisfaction, which will lead to more customer investments, leading to more company growth, leading to more opportunities for employee growth.
