Clearly a strong Asx listed vendor that invests heavily in research and development. Ceo has conviction. Good place for product marketers, software engineers, cybersecurity profs, technical ppl. IT support good

Poor place for sales people. Tenure seemed 6 to 18 months for Bdms, acc mgrs. Execs often aloof and unapproachable. VP of sales, she did not even acknowledge me once and say hello. HR, internal recruitment team demonstrate little understanding of roles they try to recruit for as well as the wider IT ecosystem. Little diversity of experience in that team. Products cannot really compete with Sharepoint, Microsoft etc. Gov clients have little incentive to change.
