      Run by very intelligent people and you will learn a lot in your first few years. Wide variety of work and with the recent merger, that will presumably increase. Company growth is strong. Benefits are decent, but not as good as before the merger.

      Too much focus on the bottom line. Rapid growth has led to drop in quality of the employees and increased the burden on long-term staff. Increase in leadership expectations are not commensurate with overall compensation. Generally pays less than competitors.

      -Great place for new grads to start and get exposure to some interesting projects -Great place for new grads to see examples of poor leadership and what "not" to do -Bagel, pie, and cookie days in the office

      -Terrible, misleading, downright sneaky management practices -Some managers are TERRIBLE leaders. No idea how they got that position over anyone. Some of them couldn't lead a picnic -Horrible people in charge of terrific employees. Never a good combination. -Don't bother reading the employee handbook - they don't follow it. Remember, Virginia is an "at will" employment state -The parties and happy hours are chances for management to find out your business so they can use it against you if they have to -People still under the spell that the Cadmus transition will change everything and make it 'right'. Wake up! You must cut cancer out - it doesn't heal on its own.
