I completely agree that the role of Energy Specialist is a really demanding one, and that there are lots of aspects to the role that aren't just calls and emails. We are constantly looking for better ways to measure and quantify all of the other pieces of work that go on in the background to support our customers and I do think we are getting closer to that so I'm hopeful you'll see the fruits of these changes soon.
