I am really proud of the open feedback culture that we've been creating in Leicester although it sounds like your experience hasn't lived up to that. We've done a lot of work to create ways for teams to feedback (inc anonymously) to any of the managers in the site regardless of position. I'm sorry that this hasn't allowed you to come forward and feel heard.
