As you know, we are in the process of expanding our business with the addition of heat pumps. We strive to ensure that every new team member is supported and that the setup works for both them and the organisation; unfortunately, it seems that this was not achieved in your case.
We make a concerted effort to accommodate everyone's needs and encourage open communication. We regularly distribute surveys to ensure that all voices are heard and valued.
Additionally, we have a dedicated training team to help individuals develop their skills, in all areas of their roles, and we look at recruiting both experienced and those with potential to add to our ranks. There was certainly no intention to cause offense.
Building the foundational aspects of any business requires time, and we are always in search of individuals who align with our vision. We regret that you were unable to find your fit at Octopus and wish you the best in your future endeavours.
