Management approaches all strategies as a team effort, and understands that the occasional fail is part of growing as a trading firm. Turnover at OMC is well below industry average. Management's expansive vision for the Firm is clear and communicated to all employees periodically, or upon request. Firm culture comfortably collaborates diverse employee backgrounds and experience.
