The owners, unethical, they don’t hire rbt’s and have them with clients, they don’t train, owners talk to employees about other employees, owners are greedy, if there’s an issue amung the staff; they don’t try to resolved it. They just take one persons word for it and discriminate towards the other people, if they don’t like you they will cut your hours, no benefits, you will never work full time
