Great Place to Work; Great Training - Recensione dipendente - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician presso On Target ABA

I was working as an RBT at a different company for a year and switching to On Target was such a breath of fresh air. They really make sure the staff is happy and their ABA is the real deal. I've now seen so many kiddos come in with almost zero skills, like pointing and making eye contact, let alone speech, and within a short time they are talking and playing normally. They really train you in on teaching these kids basic life skills.
