      It's a good place to get experience in the industry because they will work you to the bone so you'll be prepared for the fashion industry.

      Managers micromanage and criticize their employees. Employees aren't told when they do a great job, only when they do things "wrong". Pay is below the industry average and overtime isn't allowed but you're given an 80 hour/week workload and expected to do it in 40 hours. When you ask for raises you're told there's no room in the company budget even though the higher ups keep filling their pockets greedily.

      Underpay, has a very old garmento outdated work ethic where you feel like the president does not care about you, you do your job, do not get personal. Everyone looks MISERABLE. Homeless people get into the garage and security does nothing as they roam around. You have to leave your car key and people double park so you they move your car and park it elsewhere and you sign a waiver in case something happens to it. I saw two homeless people roaming inside and the security guy didn't seem to care. You WILL work Saturdays frequently and there is no real human connection here, you dont know if it is night or day, summer or winter. No windows and the president is a hoarder , her office looks like a trashpile.
