i dont know what any pros after experienced working here

management so toxic, creating dramas out of nowhere, micromanaging much. no balance, no fairness at all. so much favouritism at the outlet & the company itself. too much pressure. if not do, warning letter. even for a smallest issue or non related to work. all of that work then only get basic salary as well.

HR department is the heart of the company if the HR itself very haywire, no unity, berpuak, how to manage the company? Love to curse, slander staff. Turnover rate also very high both in HQ and operations. People come and go like shopping malls.
