So many people left the Company (Analysts, CSMs, Managers) that it's hard to stay positive. What has been done to prevent people from leaving the business? Nothing! Actually, in a recent call, our TLM clearly and openly admitted that they don't care about Analysts leaving the business, showing their true colours and their lack of understanding about how we desperately need professional, qualified, and experienced Analysts. Company communication around Covid-19 and RTO has been dreadful. Zero empathy only a few cold and inappropriate emails. I felt neglected and irrelevant. The worst part is that OpSec allowed (and still allows) some Sales Rep., to behave in an appalling way, without taking any appropriate action. In same cases, the way of treating people is borderline bullying and harassing.
