I very much enjoyed working at Opex! I got to work on challenging data science & supply chain projects for various companies and worked with smart people that are super chill. I also learned a ton: since it’s a smaller firm you have an opportunity to influence culture and process and and wear lots of different hats. The partners are experts in what they do and manage projects and travel wishes well. My coworkers were also super helpful whenever I needed help and are down to collaborate. The work life balance is good and the atmosphere is light and cheerful, and the team enjoys activities outside of work as well, especially dining :). Would highly recommend to any data scientist who wants to learn a ton, get lots of experience in various industries, and craft their skills with the guidance of other talented data scientists.

I have no cons. Opex is definitely an established start-up, so if that's what you are looking for it's a great choice.
