You also get a chance to work with some of the most modern technologies in the marketing and big data. This is a great position to acquire yourself with the industry and with the way a high-tech company works. Specifically CSM role enables you to work with multiple teams, multiple stakeholders on the customer's side and be quite independent

Svantaggi

The company is around one main product which means not much space to develop and grow. In particular, as a CSM there is not much space for growth in the company. I guess having a degree in Engineering would be an advantage, but this is not what they are looking for in CSMs.

I gained a lot of knowledge and hands-on experience during my time there. The company also offers many opportunities to grow, learn, and progress, and it’s clear that they care about their employees and invest in their development.

Work-life balance was not ideal. The role required managing a large number of clients, which often led to long hours and working beyond regular schedules. The intensity can be demanding, especially over time.
