Incredible team, culture, and mission - Recensione dipendente - Data Operations Engineer presso Orbital Insight

Team: I'm very proud to say that I have the privilege of working with an exceptionally intelligent and incredibly humble group of people from all backgrounds. I feel that everyone is respectful of the contributions of each individual as well as their time. In a sentence, I would describe people at Orbital Insight as "hardworking people who are passionate about learning." Culture: I love that the company values outcomes over number of hours sitting at your desk. Work hours are flexible, but people work hard because 1) we are excited about the impact that our work will have on the world, 2) we have a team that always aims to enable their fellow team members, and 3) we are encouraged to think creatively to resolve problems that we face. I also feel that our team is very diverse. Although we have less than 40 people, we speak over 10 languages, and have a wealth of expertise in many different fields of study. Mission: I feel overwhelmed by the impact our work will have on how people view the world and make decisions. I'm particularly excited about the strides we will make in our humanitarian efforts, and it plays a huge motivating role in my everyday work.
