Nobody is in charge. My supervisor doesn’t even know my employment status. No HR department. An office full of women who backstab one another. No explanation of how to accomplish expected tasks, you have to just figure it out on your own and if you get it wrong they assume you simply can’t do the job and don’t bother to provide explanation. Zero chance of advancement, this is where your career comes to die.
