Often, the common goal becomes surviving the micro-managing blame culture that comes from the top. The leader (MD?) constantly changes his mind, and spouts the latest thing he's read. Has favourites, and dissenting voices are ruthlessly isolated. The turnover is horrific, and there are numerous reports of issues that have persisted for some time, which feel very true. We all believe poor performance shouldn't be tolerated, but here, it's so frequent you wonder how they hire (and then discover the recruitment consultants most commonly used are the best friends and wife of the boss). Those that have left are belittled, but quiet chats reveal issues that are believable ranging from bullying to racism.
