Onboarding process felt rushed at times

The girls I work with are amazing and want out of this crappy workplace. But the co workers are amazing

Management sucks. If you’re looking to find a place to work that makes you feel like they care about you or are concerned for your safety and the patients don’t work here. Snow storms you’re going to work regardless. Sick you don’t get sick time and you have to use PTO. No communication. No maternity leave you have to go out in short term disability. Management is negligent. If you have concerns just throw them out the window you’ll be better off because they won’t listen to you any way. You have crappy pay. They refuse to give raises. You can’t move up and make more unless you kiss up the higher up. If you come in and do your job you won’t be treated fairly. But if you call out and you’re lazy management will love you. Your coworkers will not.
