Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear your concerns.
The last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to take very difficult decisions that had a direct impact on our employees. While we always try to do that with utmost care for the affected people (as well as the people staying) we fully realize these decisions are hard to get by. We have tried to be very transparent about the reasons for downsizing our teams and are very much focused on improving the positive environment and focus on the well-being and general morale of our employees.
