Dear O-lumni member, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you appreciated the work-life balance, that you felt part of the company, and that you recognize the focus on transparency. The last year has, just like for many other young companies, been very challenging. As part thereof, we had to make very difficult decisions in the beginning of the year that had a direct impact on our employees. While we always tried to do that with utmost care for the affected people (as well as the people staying) we fully realize these decisions are hard to get by. We have tried to be very transparent about the reasons for downsizing our teams and are very much focused on improving the positive environment and focus on the well-being and general morale of our employees.
