As an employee, personally, the company's values & principles are of paramount concern when joining a new one, & I'm glad enough that Outgive's values & principles align with mine. The culture & work environment is superb! You will never feel like you're working alone, yet at the same time, you still get to enjoy the essence of working remotely. Like the usual office-based jobs, Outgive has consistent & fun activities for employees, they value & promote employee engagements a lot. They also offer quite a number of awesome employee perks & benefits, on top of their salary packages which are also decent enough as a start off pay (depends on one's standards & needs, of course).
