1. Lots of politics, Some people try to impress higher management and create trouble for colleagues. 2. Management doesn't care about employee careers and cares only about company growth. 3. No proper benefits for employees. 4. Management pressurizes employees to contribute to the company's growth in non-technical work i.e., taking interviews without providing benefits even on weekends. I don't recommend this company, Please avoid it and enjoy your life and career in another company.

Good salaries and new things to learn

It has extremely school like culture where employees are expected to obey every stupid thing without questioning back. The deadlines are very unrealistic leading to constant pressure and stress. Extra work on weekends is very common. The environment is highly disrespectful towards employees - leads and managers often speak very rudely. There is no encouragement/recognition who are working hard constantly. No work-life balance as employees are expected to prioritize company demands over their personal lives all the times. If you are taking leave for around 2 -3 days in a week, working on weekends is like mandatory. Toxic micromanagement makes it extremely difficult to stay focused and motivated at work place. Strongly advise others to avoid this workplace if they really value their mental health and self respect.
