      The work was interesting for a while.

      Stick here for a short time only. The international mission opportunities are limited. You feel you are not learning much after a while. I had to look for somewhere else with more international opportunities.

      Hello, I'm afraid you are mistaken with the company you are evaluating. Partenor is a French group and we are dedicated to the domestic market. There is no chance that you have worked for our company as we would not promise international mission opportunities when our business is only in France.       You get experience the worst in your career, so in the future you are able to handle any challenge in your future career.

      They would like you to believe that they care for their clients and staff, they do not. There is no back office support for consultant their service lines are not well organized. I did not have a good working experience over there.

      My colleagues were my age so it was a fun working environment.

      There's still a lot of things that need to be improved in this place but the management doesn't seem to be openminded to continuous improvement and system upgrades. These updates could have resulted to increased productivity and efficiency that will greatly help employee and the company as a whole. Unfortunately, until the time that I left my post here, things were still the same.

This must have been a long time ago because Partenor has been applying the lean methodology internally for years now, seeking for continuous improvement, just like what we implement at our customers. Innovation has always been part of the company's DNA, materialized by an Innovation Lab where a team of researchers seek for new innovative ways to improve our customers business. improvements that we also benefit from for our internal processes. We also organize Innovation Sessions for our managers, giving the opportunity to brainstorm on the next developments, refinements and advances.
