Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt unhappy in your position at PCI. As far as employees leaving, I can tell you that most employees stay at PCI for many years prior to moving on to enhance their careers utilizing their experience and learning that was gained at PCI. I am truly sorry that you did not feel respected as we treat all of our employees with the utmost respect and appreciation. All PCI employees are encouraged to utilize our open door policy for any reason. It is my wish that you would have used that option.
