Vantaggi

It used to be a great place to work, with a clear focus.

Svantaggi

The current leadership have done a good job of reducing the business valuation by over a billion dollars and going from profitable to unprofitable. No clear path to resolve. Leadership continue to spend lots of money on things that are not valuable to customers in the UK and AU so they generate very small returns, if any. Questionable agreements with the CEOs ‘friends’ with interesting practices to get approval for significant spend. The board don’t hold the Leadership team to account for the lack of results. If you are a white man over 50 and connected to the CEO or CFO you will do well. HR don’t have HR experience so don’t expect an appropriate level of support if needed.

Vantaggi

Some people are fantastic, but many have left Still only 2 days in office

Svantaggi

- New CEO fundamentally doesn't understand the business, leading to a very tense regulatory environment - Politics on all levels, hindering any potential collaboration or progress - Benefits being stripped back to bare minimum e.g. parental benefits to encourage women back to the office, gone - All investment in DE&I canned - Mass senior female leadership exit (CTO, CPO, GM Tech Delivery, GM Strategy, GM Practitioners) - Attrition through the roof over the last 12 months at almost all levels - Poor business investment decisions, leading to multiple rounds of redundancy - Complete disregard for customers and partners - CoS and generally the Office of the CEO lack a fundamental understanding of how to run a company defined as critical infrastructure
