Providing paid insurance licensing coaching in conjunction with a proven training platform is part of our professional development for (unlicensed) new hires. Our track record has been 90% pass for our participants. We know how arduous studying and attaining the pass benchmarks by module can be and therefore like to engage with our new hires during this 2-3 week period. Sorry if we fell short of meeting your expectation and need for additional support. We appreciate your feedback and we will strive to make this experience a better one.

Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
