Supportive and collaborative coworkers who make it nice to work there. The leadership is approachable and there are some opportunities although it seems like there are less this year than in the past. Hybrid model is great. I really enjoyed the diversity of the team.

Working remotely can create some communication gaps. It's also hard to get visibility to showcase contributions.

there's not really a set path for growth, opportunities can come up but they are infrequent/random, however they were transparent about this upfront when I interviewed pay is below market rate
