      I’ve had a really positive experience at POWWR, especially working in a cross-disciplinary environment with product managers, developers, QA, and commercial/sales leaders. Over the past two quarters, we’ve improved multiple processes and forged a strong team culture focused on delivering a truly market-disrupting SaaS product for the energy broker and supplier markets. What I enjoy most is the clear focus on the development pipeline and the collaborative, agile way of working. Design and development partner closely here, which makes problem-solving efficient and creative. It’s an environment where you can see real impact from your contributions.

      As with any fast-growing SaaS business, there are occasional challenges around balancing resources—particularly when fixes are needed for legacy products to support existing clients. While it’s important work, it can sometimes compete with the new product sprint goals. That said, the team manages this well and it’s a natural part of scaling innovative platforms.

      Aggressive sales goals, they have been achieved so far. Some confusions as teams figure out the best way to move forward... but it's understandable with a company that made the Inc5000 last year, and all done collaboratively and with positivity.

Noting from your location and job title you must of worked for us before this time. During this time, we have provided our company with strong leadership with the appointment of our CEO Matt Tormollen and Head of Product Colin Gault, who have made significant positive impacts. We are proud to share that we currently have an 82% engagement score and an eNPS score of 44 from our people. We measure this on a quarterly basis and keep all our people updated on the comments and feedback. Regarding your comment about our products, we appreciate your honesty. You mention the broker product, this is only available in the UK and has been for some time and is continuing to gain traction in the marketplace. We do strive to continuously improve our offerings and value feedback from both our employees and customers. We encourage you to share specific suggestions or concerns regarding our products, as this insight can help us in iterating and delivering the best possible solutions. We acknowledge your frustration about marketing features that were not ultimately released. We understand that this can be frustrating and apologize for any confusion it may have caused. We are committed to enhancing our communication channels to ensure that employees are informed about product developments and updates in a timely manner. We are pleased to hear, however, that you found the work environment flexible and that the small team allowed for personal growth and experimentation.
