Nothing to criticize because company is forward looking, progressive, and honest.

Fast paced environment and you learn a lot. Some cool perks. Then cons out weigh the pros. Good resume builder but good luck making a decent income for yourself.

Very long hours both after work and expected to pretty much work every weekend. The pay is awful, most interns will make more hourly at other companies. Even with all the overtime hours it's still hard to make due when you make next to minimum wage. Even if you benefit the company and have a ton of talent and potential you will still be paid next to nothing. They also don't have direct deposit and you work off site most of the time so getting your paycheck is a nightmare.
