Provide pantry to staff to eat in the office with equipment. Good for expat to work.

Svantaggi

White priviledge, cannot expect equality. If you are expat lucky for you. Managment has no leadership and management skill. Should train them to be a good leader before promoting those people. No retention. They dont care about their people.

My job duties were very clear. Not much interference from management as long as we got the job done. A good company to work for if you work in management recruitment.

I had to visit the office several times to get my last paycheck. Management didn't seek or listen to feedback. They also didn't notice how a new manager altered stats to support the case for employing an unproductive, less qualified new hire. Low morale among employees who recruited for entry-level and other jobs that paid low commissions.
