The office is full of drama, favoritism is common, with senior employees getting special treatment no matter their performance. Its hard to collaborate or get support if youre not part of the “group”. Overall, it’s a negative place to work, and management doesn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for a healthy and supportive work environment.
