      Senior managers lack online marketing experience / understanding and hire people who are their own mirror image. How can someone who doesn't understand online assess the skills of online 'experts' that they hire? Lack of analytical insights all around, so the business does not know what performs and what doesn't. Millions of pounds needlessly wasted annually.
