1. Internal politics and load and loads of favoritism...! Only "chaatu" people get extra benefits such as leaves, increments, good projects etc. 2. Even if u are highly professional and you are taking care of so many project but you are not "Chaatu" then friend this is not right place for u. Actually the upper management itself plays game of divide and conquer. These people divides team for their convenience. 3. Shortage of resources. Sometimes you the developer ended with task of data entry. 4. Many times you feel like pressure cooker.
