12yThank you for your review. If you go to the 'What our people say' section of our website paladinsecurity.com, or check out the videos on our YouTube channel PaladinSecurityTV, you will see that most of our managers - including our CEO - actually joined our company as Security Officers.
We pride ourselves on listening closely to our people. Not only do we hold regularly scheduled site meetings, Site Supervisor meetings and management meetings, but we also conduct extensive employee surveys at least once a year. The ‘Paladin Report Card’ solicits advice and suggestions from our staff on how we can improve the delivery of our services – both internal services, such as administering our benefits plan, and external services, such as providing security to a site.
We are a company that believes in constant and never ending improvement and the motivation for change comes from both our clients and our people. This is the foundation upon which Paladin was built and one of the reasons why our company has grown so fast.
