      • Higher salary for fresh graduate • Good environment to work • Easy to apply for PTOs • Nice colleagues/managers (only for certain people, obviously) • Work not so stressful because you have fun team members and colleagues

      • Pall hire someone is not qualified to work in a team • HR system is so messy, cause you need to apply manually and the system also not tally • Cutting budget for pantry's snack and added payable problematic boring snack machine

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
