      Boses take 2hour lunches. You can go to yoga class and back and they wont notice. I did it daily after 5 weeks of no paychecks.

      All negative reviews are very true. They are real. Mark harasses employees to write good reviews on social media and job sites for the company. These people will lie to you while smiling. They don’t pay you for weeks and keep lying about it. The environment is toxic with the constant bickering and awful language between the owners Mark and James. Their partner Rick is a dangerous volatile & violent person, also extremely under qualified leadership skills.

      This review was from a very angry person with many personal problems. After trying our best to make this person happy, finally terminated her, as we found out she was taking 2 hour yoga classes on our payroll. We spend a lot of time out of the office because we're consultants, and we have to trust our employees to do the right thing, even when nobody is looking.

      Working for a small company means sometimes having to do more tasks than at other jobs but the rewards are always staying busy!

      Mark and James care very much about their employees inside and outside the office. They are some of the most selfless, generous people I've ever known. This job came to me at a time when I really needed it, and I just needed someone to take me under their wings. These guys have become like family to me and I couldn't be more grateful. I have a 3 year old and when she's sick, I can stay home. If there is an emergency at school or I have to leave early for a Dr's appointment - no questions asked, family first. The other reviews here that state "non family oriented" are just out and out lies. Every birthday and every work anniversary is treated with a big company lunch on top of Christmas bonus's and raises, praise for a job well done, etc. I could go on and on about all the things this company has done for me. Up to and including giving me an opportunity to learn and grow as a woman in this company and as a person in general. Thank you so much for all that you do Mark and James!
