These classes such as landmark education often require numerous hours of commitment, and cost hundreds of dollars. The company reimburses $300 per year, often times employees have to pay a significant amount out of pocket even after the reimbursement. Refusal to take these classes or speaking against these classes in the office will hinder your career development.
