Mis-managed day-to-day running meant that projects were almost always behind schedule, resulting in customers becoming irate towards admin staff. An out dated organisational system which was too complex meant that spreadsheets were not completed efficiently as projects progressed, thus leading to items being forgotten during procurement. Archaic site manager who couldn't seem to let his old business go and allow fresh management techniques/ideas come forward. Progression within the business was therefore stunted.
