      - The people and culture team is fantastic - A great place to learn and work on some complex problems. - Opportunity to take on ownership and accountability. - Compensation is above average

      - It's transforming into a results-driven organization from being a customer focussed organization. - The leadership is not transparent: 30%+ Staff was let go citing COVID-19 as the reason- Zero empathy was displayed by the leadership. And two months later a 60M funding was obtained by Parsable. - Roadmap is control and influenced by the CEO and not by the CPO which is worrisome if you work on the Product team.

      Ever since the departure of a few key individuals, it seems like the company has been in a panic. Extremely fast paced, it is not uncommon to wake up to learn that you have colleagues that have been let go, and then a small core is holding it together.
