A horrible, toxic environment from the top down. A serious lack of human decency around the company. No training, no support, lack of morale and a genuinely negative place to work. This place destroyed mine and many other workers mental health.

All managers are encouraged to utilize the Company’s training budget for themselves and their teams and are doing so regularly across the business. The role itself was really wholesome - the elderly would call in and order their meals over the phone. They often called partly to order and partly because they didn’t have many people to talk to. It was lovely to speak to people and offer them some company by just chatting to them

The company started having outlandish expectations with the call SLAs to be 6 minutes, which meant the customers felt rushed and didn’t enjoy the service, many of them elderly who struggled with getting the order through in that space of time
